From the date of your order, you have a period of 14 days to return your order to us (in its original packaging).
RETURN OF GOODS TO OUR WAREHOUSE
You have the option of returning your items to us by post directly to our gallery. The shipping costs will be at your expense. Items must be accompanied by your invoice.
REIMBURSEMENT TIMES
The amount of your refund will be credited directly to the account originally debited. It will be credited within 1 to 3 days subject to receipt of the items at the gallery. An e-mail confirming receipt of your order and refund will be sent to you.
We deliver your order by post to the address of your choice.
We will also communicate to you by email:
- The date of shipment.
- A tracking number to follow le good delivery of your package to the address you have chosen.
In the event of absence on the day of the first presentation and if the size of your mailbox does not allow the parcel to be dropped off, a notice of passage is then left to you offering you the choice of the day and place for the re-delivery. . All you have to do is go to the dedicated Internet page indicated on the notice, you choose a new home delivery date or you indicate the new La Poste collection point in which you wish to collect your parcel.Without instructions from you, a second presentation will be made the next day. In case of absence your package will be deposited in your usual post office for 15 days. An SMS or an e-mail will then be sent to you.
Advice: have it delivered to your place of work, there will always be someone to receive your package !
